 | Marc is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record as a venture capitalist.
Prior to founding Tungle, Marc was Vice President of Business
Development and Product Marketing for Nimcat Networks,
a leader in peer-to-peer (P2P) communication applications,
until its acquisition by Avaya Inc. in September 2005.
Marc was previously a venture capitalist at Innovatech
Montreal where he oversaw investments in numerous telecommunication
and software companies. As a venture capitalist, Marc’s
investments yielded a combined ROI of more than 125 percent.
Prior to joining Innovatech, Marc co-founded Gytek Inc.,
an e-commerce software company in Waterloo, Canada, which
he eventually sold to Entrade Inc., a NYSE company. He
remained with Entrade as Chief Technology Officer. Marc
also managed the launch of "Chapters.ca ", a
leading Canadian portal.
He continues to be actively involved in the community
as an advisor for local technology companies and SOPAR,
a non-profit organization working toward reducing poverty
in India. He also teaches Entrepreneurship in High Technology
in the University of Ottawa’s MBA program.
Marc earned an MBA from INSEAD, a master’s degree
in management sciences from the University of Waterloo,
and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
from the University of Ottawa. |

 | Mark is a serial startup CFO and operator
with over 18 years of management and corporate finance
including over 9 years with technology start-ups.
Most recently, Mark was Chief Financial Officer for mobile
VoIP startup Mobivox. Previously, Mark was Vice President
Finance for networked storage vendor Terrascale Technologies Inc.
which was acquired by Rackable Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: RACK),
Chief Financial Officer at IP networking vendor Hexago Inc.
and led Finance and Corporate Development for electronic signature
software vendor Silanis Technology Inc (AIM: SNS).
Mark is a seasoned operator and transaction specialist with
broad experience in cross border financings, acquisitions and
strategic alliances.
Mark is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Corporate
Strategy & Organizational Behavior from McGill University.

 | Fang is a thought leader in Web 2.0 technologies
and development of scalable global applications. He has
more than 17 years experience in building world class
enterprise solutions. Fang was a lead technical architect
at Mitra, acquired by Agfa Healthcare in 2002, where he
designed a leading PACS system using both Microsoft .NET
and J2EE technologies.
Previously, Fang co-founded with Tungle’s CEO Marc
Gingras, the e-commerce software company Gytek Inc. Fang
served as Vice President of Research and Development of
Gytek until its acquisition by Entrade Inc., a NYSE company.
Under Fang's guidance, the Entrade R&D center won
the Junior Achievement Award in 2001 for having illustrated
itself in the Waterloo region, which is considered to
be the Canadian hotbed for new technologies.
Fang earned a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics
and a master’s degree in management of information
systems from Beijing University in China. He also has
a MASc in economics from the University of Western Ontario.

Rod is a seasoned and successful sales leader with more than 20 years experience in high tech and
telecommunications. He previously worked with Marc at Nimcat Networks as the
Global Sales Director. In that capacity, he secured a multi-million dollar OEM software deal
that helped close and elevate the acquisition value of Nimcat Networks by Avaya Inc. in September, 2005.
While remaining at Avaya, Rod acted as Global Sales Director, Peer To Peer helping Avaya capitalize and
maximize the results of the Nimcat acquisition.
Previously, Rod has held various management and sales roles at Cisco Canada, Lucent Technologies,
Bell Canada, and several other ventures. His pedigree and interest in high tech combined with keen
focus and enthusiasm create a powerful and successful dynamic for sales achievement.
Rod has an MBA and undergraduate degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business,
University of Western Ontario and also his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
